What is Juvederm Ultra XC?
When you buy Juvederm Ultra XC, you are getting a hyaluronic acid-based soft tissue filler that is formulated and produced by a globally famous pharmaceutical company, Allergan. The non-permanent hyaluronic acid molecules are extracted from a bacterial fermentation process conducted under a strict laboratory setting. The molecules are also purified extensively to be free from any bacterial endotoxins and/or contaminants that could potentially induce immunogenic reactions in patients.
