WHAT IS PLURYAL?
Pluryal is a monophasic, cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin used to smooth wrinkles and add volume back to the aging face. Hyaluronic acid fills the spaces between skin cells, cushioning and hydrating the body’s connective tissues. Because it can hold up to one thousand times its weight in water, it works to naturally plump the skin, providing a smooth, hydrated finish.
Treatments with this dermal filler are quick, lasting approximately 15–30 minutes. They also require no downtime, allowing patients to resume their plans immediately after their procedure. Plus, Pluryal cosmetic fillers offer an instantaneously visible change in appearance, flawlessly blending with skin to volumize and revitalize the treated areas.
Patients and practitioners alike can rest assured knowing that Pluryal has the highest sterility assurance level. This is because each injection device is terminally sterilized in a steam autoclave, which is safer and more effective than aseptically filled syringes.
Manufactured by Croma-Pharma, Pluryal is a safe, effective treatment options. Its maker specializes in the development of anti-aging skin treatments, focusing on the creation of innovative regenerative skincare procedures. Overall, Croma works to optimize skincare solutions for patients and professionals alike, offering a total of four complementary product lines.
Each box of this cosmetic injectable comes with two 1mL containers of solution. Each one must be kept between 2 and 25°C, away from light, high heat, and extreme cold.
WHAT IS IT USED FOR?
Pluryal works to smooth wrinkles, correct cutaneous fractures, and restore any volume lost through aging and exposure to damaging external factors. As well, use this filler to add volume to or remodel the lips. This leaves each patient with a new lease on life—and fabulous, youthful-looking skin.
HOW DOES THIS DERMAL FILLER WORK?
Pluryal’s unique formula is produced using hyaluronic acid, a naturally sourced compound. With this, it instantly fixes itself to the skin’s water molecules, filling out any lines, creases, or wrinkles that may exist on the face.
This dermal filler also features the P.R.E.M.I.U.M. Design Concept, creating reliable, long-lasting, and safe results for both patients and physicians. The P.R.E.M.I.U.M. formulation is crafted with purified, non-animal hyaluronic acid, ensuring tolerance in the patient’s body. This formula also features BDDE, allowing for high elasticity, as well as the efficient and safe cross-linking of hyaluronic acid. Its uniform, consistent structure also provides natural-looking results, prevents irritation, and reduces the chances of overcorrection, while high levels of viscoelasticity enhance the strength of this dermal filler.
Moreover, Pluryal offers increased comfort levels for clients and practitioners with its ergonomic needles. This is exemplified in its comfortable grips, short glass syringes, and standardized injection strength, as well as the highly elastic nature of the gel. This allows for a more comfortable, smooth injection for all parties involved.
HOW TO INJECT
In order to reduce the incidence of complications and ensure patient safety, only authorized, properly trained medical practitioners should administer this filler.
Anyone performing this injection must also have training on proper administration techniques, as well as an understanding of the injection site’s surrounding anatomy.
Before administering Pluryal, each practitioner must properly disinfect and clean the intended injection site. Then, he or she must gently depress the plunger rod, waiting until a small amount of the gel emerges from the needle’s tip. Once this has occurred, the solution should be carefully injected into the required area. Techniques for injection may vary based on personal preference, the quantity of gel being injected, and the treatment area.
After each session, all imperfections must be fully adjusted—without overcorrection. To ensure the proper distribution of filler, the treated area should be gently massaged. If the treatment area begins to blanch, the pale area should be massaged until normal colour returns.
Please remember that Pluryal should never be administered to patients with diseased, infected, or inflamed skin. Areas that have been previously treated with filler should also be avoided. Take care against intravenous injection, as this could lead to ischemia, embolization, or infarction.
Exposure to the sun and extreme temperatures should be avoided for one week post-injection: when introduced to ultraviolet radiation, hyaluronic acid-based fillers may degrade. Moreover, patients should not exercise for one day after treatment in order to avoid excess bruising. If swelling or pain occur, acetaminophen or ice may be used to ward off discomfort.
After each appointment is complete, any remaining filler and used needles must be disposed of properly.
HOW LONG DOES THIS FACIAL FILLER LAST?
The effects of Pluryal have been shown to last between 6 and 12 months. However, results may vary from patient to patient, depending on age, injection technique, and the area injected.
IS THIS PRODUCT SAFE?
While this dermal filler has been clinically evaluated for patient protection, some individuals should not use this dermal filler. This includes those who are breastfeeding, pregnant, or underage. Those who are allergic to hyaluronic acid, or who have epilepsy, porphyria, or autoimmune disease should also avoid this treatment.
Individuals who present active skin pathologies, lesions, or inflammation are also unsuitable for treatment with Pluryal. In order to avoid adverse reactions, those who have recently had skin surface procedures done, like dermabrasion, skin peels, or laser treatment, should steer clear of cosmetic fillers.
PLURYAL SIDE EFFECTS
Dermal filler injections may result in minor reactions, including discomfort and swelling in the area surrounding the injection site. That being said, these issues should resolve themselves with one week after the procedure.
OTHER COMMON SIDE EFFECTS INCLUDE:
- Redness
- Bruising
- Tenderness
- Itching
POSSIBLE ADVERSE EFFECTS INCLUDE:
- Haematoma
- Allergy
- Hypersensitivity
- Oedema
WHAT IS IT MADE OF?
Pluryal is crafted with hyaluronic acid, a naturally produced substance. Because hyaluronic acid is able to effectively retain and bind with water molecules, it is an essential constituent in the upkeep of healthy, bright, and hydrated skin.
Throughout the aging process, the skin loses its hyaluronic acid content. This results in the overall loss of smoothness, volume, and elasticity, creating a weathered, sallow look. By adding lost hyaluronic acid back into the face, allowing for a much more refreshed, youthful look.
