BOCOUTURE® 100u (XEOMIN®) is a botulinum toxin type A used for both medical and aesthetic treatments. It acts as a neuromuscular blocking agent, inhibiting acetylcholine release to reduce muscle activity. It is indicated for treating upper limb spasticity, cervical dystonia, blepharospasm, and glabellar lines. Unlike other botulinum toxins, BOCOUTURE® is free from complexing proteins, reducing the risk of antibody formation and ensuring consistent efficacy.
Key Features:
- Pure botulinum toxin type A, free from complexing proteins for a lower risk of resistance.
- Long-lasting results, typically lasting up to 3 months, depending on the treatment area.
- Versatile applications, used for both therapeutic and cosmetic indications.
