It is an injectable dermal filler designed to smooth fine lines and wrinkles while restoring elasticity and increasing firmness to the skin for enhanced radiance in the face. This product is specially formulated with non cross-linked hyaluronic acid and rejuvenating complex CT50. Manufactured by Revitacare Laboratories in France, this filler is part of the Cytocare range of products and is a Class III medical device. Cytocare 532 should be stored in conditions between 2° C to 30° C and is available for purchase in 10 vial amounts, with each vial containing 5ml of solution. This filler is specially formulated for mature skin and works best in patients ages 50 and over.

This non-surgical implant reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and corrects signs of the skin aging process. The composition of the solution works to restore hydration, tonicity and elasticity of the skin for overall improved radiance. Cytocare 532 can be injected into the skin all over the face, neck, and the back of the hands, but do not administer on eye bags, glabellar wrinkles, or in the lips. Cytocare 532 is injected into the superficial layer of the skin to rehydrate the cells, resulting in added density to the foundational components of the skin. This results in added radiance and an overall youthful glow to combat signs of aging and stress. An injection of this aesthetic filler replenishes the naturally depleted hyaluronic acid that loses retention as the skin ages, repairing the internal environment of the dermis. While the hyaluronic acid restores the cells, the vitamins and inorganic salt in the filler improve circulation and increase cellular respiration. Cytocare 532 is specially formulated to help the regeneration of tissue and restore the epidermal barrier, while also protecting the skin and restoring elasticity and tonicity caused by the process of aging. The presence of dimethyleminoethanol helps to stimulate new cell growth by encouraging activity in the fibroblasts and myofibroblasts, while vitamins introduce antioxidant activity for an added layer of protection. This filler is fast-acting and results should appear immediately, giving the skin a refreshed, rested, and youthful appearance.

This filler is a medical implant and should only be injected by a licensed medical practitioner. Discuss your patient’s medical history prior to treatment to ensure safety. Prior to injection, cleanse and disinfect the treatment area using an antiseptic solution. Cytocare 532 is indicated for injection into the middle dermis or superficial dermis of the face, neck, or back of the hand. The manufacturer recommends using a point by point, retro-tracing, fan injection, or cross-hatching injection technique for best results, with the optimal technique depending on the area being treated. Inject this filler slowly using even pressure on the plunger. Massage the treated area once the injection is completed to ensure even distribution of the implant. The manufacturer recommends to administer this treatment over 3 sessions at 3-week intervals, though this will depend on the condition and maturity of the skin in the area being treated and the degree of correction required.

The duration of results depend on a variety of factors, though clinical trials how shown that results last on average for 3 months. To maintain results, it is recommended that touch ups should take place in 1 session every 3 months. However, age and lifestyle of the individual as well as the application technique used and the area treated will all factor into the duration of the results.

Cytocare 532 has been proven to be safe through clinical testing and multiple treatments. It is a non-cytotoxic, non-irritant, non-sensitizing, and non-mutagenic formula with proven microbiological safety. However, mild side effects, including the risk of infection, may occur.

Mild, common side effects and potential reactions are associated with the use of this filler. Cytocare 532 is made up primarily of hyaluronic acid at a concentration of 32 mg and of rejuvenating complex CT50. A multivitamin complex for antioxidant protection is also included in the specially formulated filler, which is composed of ergocalciferol, retinol, nicotinamide, thiamin, riboflavin, pyridoxine, dexpanthenol, ascorbic acid, and tocopherol.
