Jalupro Enhancer Gel is a popular product used to thicken and strengthen the eyelashes. Jalupro Enhancer Gel contains several ingredients that help encourage long, glamorous lashes, including honeysuckle flower extract, Japanese honeysuckle extract, and red clover extract. The addition of acetyl tetrapeptide-3 also helps stimulate hair growth.

Use Jalupro Enhancer Gel for patients with sparse, short, or thin eyelashes and eyebrows. The unique formula helps to lengthen, thicken and strengthen lash and brow hair fibers.

Hair is largely made of keratin, which gives hair its strength. Though the composition is roughly the same, the lashes do not grow as long as the hair on the head! This is due to the regulation of the hair growth cycle in different areas. The hair growth cycle happens in 3 consecutive phases:

Anagen Phase: this is the active growth phase where hair follicles grow. The length of the hair is very much dependent on the anagen phase, which is determined by genetics and location of the hair on the body. The longer the anagen phase, the longer the hair will grow. A typical anagen phase lasts from 2 to 6 years. About 85% of head hair is in this growth phase. As for eyelashes, the anagen phase only lasts for 1 month.

Catagen Phase: this second phase is the transitional stage for the hair follicles, which lasts for about 2 weeks. During this period, hair follicles shrink and the papilla rests. As a result, hair does not grow during this stage.

Telogen Phase: the final resting stage is where new hair follicles rest or stay dormant for a few months before the entire cycle starts anew. When the cycle resumes, new hair follicles will push the old hair shafts away from the roots. This results in shedding, also known as hair loss.

Eyelashes and eyebrows exist to protect the eyes from dust and irritants. They are easily affected by factors like friction (e.g. applying and removing makeup) and aging. Jalupro Enhancer Gel aims to correct sparse eyebrows and eyelashes, giving your client a more defined look.

Red Clover Extract: red clover is an herbaceous flowering plant known for its rich source of isoflavones. This hair enhancing gel is rich in biochanin A, an isoflavone derived from red clover, that acts as an antioxidant. It helps fight off free radicals that can cause damage to the hair. So, hair fibers are strengthened against damaging conditions.

Acetyl Tetrapeptide-3: This protein stimulates the protein matrix cell and boosts collagen production. Hair follicles also grow and anchor more tightly to the dermal papilla.

These ingredients not only help improve the vitality of the hair, but also help to make hair more resilient. Patients using this enhancing gel as directed usually notice improvements in as little as 2 months.

Jalupro Enhancer Gel is applied the same way your patients would apply mascara. Comb the brush applicator along the lower and upper lash line or on the eyebrows. If desired, makeup can be worn after the gel had dried. Use this gel twice daily for the first month, and once a day afterwards.

Jalupro Enhancer Gel is a very safe aesthetic treatment that can be done easily at home. The gel is only to be used on the eyelashes and eyebrows. Advise your client to avoid the eyes and surrounding skin. Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding or have sustained injuries/irritations near the eyes should not use this product.

If the gel comes into contact with the eye, irritation may occur.
