Ingredients:

DYSPORT® 500u is indicated for the following conditions:

Therapeutic Indications:

• Cervical Dystonia: Reduces involuntary contractions of neck muscles.

• Lower Limb Spasticity in Pediatric Patients: For children aged 2 years and older.

Aesthetic Indications:

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to botulinum toxin or any excipient.
• Active infection at the injection site.
• Neuromuscular disorders (e.g., myasthenia gravis).

Side Effects:

Administration Guidelines:

• Cervical Dystonia: 500 units total, divided among affected muscles.
• Glabellar Lines: 50 units total, injected as 5 separate 10-unit doses.
• Upper Limb Spasticity: 500-1000 units, adjusted per patient.
• Pediatric Lower Limb Spasticity: 10-15 units/kg per limb, with a maximum of 30 units/kg or 1000 units per session.
• Re-treatment: No sooner than 12 weeks after previous injection.

Storage Instructions:

• Store unopened vials at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F).
• Protect from light and do not freeze after reconstitution.
• Use within 24 hours after dilution.
• Dispose of unused product as medical waste.
