What is Revofil Aquashine BR Soft Filler?
Revofil Aquashine BR is a rejuvenating injectable filler that works to reduce uneven pigmentation and improve the skin’s overall complexion. Composed of hyaluronic acid, 4 peptides, 24 amino acids, 14 vitamins, 8 minerals, and coenzymes, this sterile gel is both a dermal filler and a form of mesotherapy.
This unique dermatological solution is the product of Caregen, a progressive skin biology company located in South Korea. With a strong focus on research and development, Caregen has a firm commitment to the creation of innovative, science-based cosmeceutical and pharmaceutical products.
Each package of Revofil Aquashine BR contains a 32G½” needle and 1 prefilled 2mL syringe of a 15mg/mL hyaluronic acid solution.
What is it used for?
Revofil Aquashine BR is indicated for boosting skin’s hydration, elasticity, and smoothness; brightening the complexion; and reducing wrinkles and fine lines. It also helps to shrink pores and prevent further skin damage on the decolletage area, face, and neck.
How does this dermal filler work?
The bioactive compounds present in Revofil Aquashine BR work to improve skin quality at a cellular level via injection into the superficial to mid dermis. Filled with hyaluronic acid, coenzymes, minerals, vitamins, peptides, and amino acids, this unique filler provides a multi-tiered approach to restorative skincare.
In this formula, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid works to increase skin’s moisture at the cellular level. This helps to improve skin’s overall texture whilst also adding volume, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. What’s more, hyaluronic acid is known to have antioxidant effects, protecting the skin from further damage by warding off free radicals.
Generally, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid breaks down quickly within the body. However, in Revofil Aquashine BR, peptides work to block hyaluronidase production, increasing the hyaluronic acid’s longevity.
Additionally, amino acids, minerals, vitamins, and coenzymes work to nourish the skin, improving its overall elasticity and texture while encouraging the growth of new skin cells. Moreover, these elements help to reduce melanin synthesis, which assists in the diminishing of uneven skin tone and hyperpigmentation.
How to inject
Only certified medical practitioners may perform injections with Revofil Aquashine BR. Additionally, injectors should be trained in proper injection techniques. This will help to ensure patient safety, reducing the chances of unwanted complications both during and after treatment.
Prior to treatment, the patient must be questioned about his or her medical history and informed about the foreseeable outcome of Revofil Aquashine BR use. The skin must also be disinfected and prepared for treatment via aseptic clinical practice guidelines.
This dermal filler may be injected into the skin using manual injection techniques or an injection gun. Product should be injected into the superficial to mid dermis of the face, neck, or decolletage area using either a serial puncture or nappage technique.
Initially, this injectable filler should be given in 3 sessions at 4-week intervals. Then, 2 to 3 sessions are recommended per year to maintain the original effects of the treatment. However, depending on the severity of the patient’s needs, 6 initial treatments at 2-week intervals may be necessary, followed by 5–6 yearly top-up sessions.
After treatment, ensure that all used needles and remaining product have been properly disposed of. For further information on the injection process, consult the pamphlet provided in the product packaging.
How long does this facial filler last?
Note that the longevity of Revofil Aquashine BR injections will vary based on the patient’s age, skin type, and lifestyle. However, its effects generally last between 2 and 6 months.
Is this product safe?
While most patients tolerate Revofil Aquashine BR injections quite well, certain individuals should never be treated with this injectable filler. Most notably, this includes pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under the age of 18, and those who are allergic or hypersensitive to any of this solution’s ingredients.
Caution should be taken in the treatment of patients who have an autoimmune disease or are undergoing immunosuppressive therapy. Additionally, those who have taken anticoagulants, thrombolytics, or platelet aggregation inhibitors 3 weeks prior to treatment should take care when using this filler.
This dermal filler should never be injected into the eyelids or blood vessels; areas that have been treated with other filling implants; and areas that are inflamed, infected, or afflicted with a skin disorder.
After injection, patients should avoid excessive exposure to UV radiation and extreme temperatures. Additionally, patients should not use anti-inflammatory drugs, St. John’s Wort, or high doses of vitamin E supplements prior to treatment, as this may result in excessive bruising or bleeding at the injection site.

What is this filler made of?
Revofil Aquashine BR is comprised of hyaluronic acid, coenzymes, 4 peptides, 8 minerals, 14 vitamins, and 24 amino acids. Together, these ingredients work to hydrate the skin, improve hyperpigmentation, and correct the skin’s overall texture and appearance.
Non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid is used in this formulation to increase its hydrating properties. This compound occurs naturally in the dermis, working to moisturise the skin cells by binding with 1,000 times its molecular weight in water. When injected into an ageing visage, this unique substance replenishes lost volume and adds youthful lustre back into dry, weakened skin. What’s more, hyaluronic acid works in an antioxidant manner, allowing it to repair and prevent skin damage by fending off free radicals.
Peptides work to support the longevity of Revofil Aquashine BR’s hyaluronic acid. By blocking the release of hyaluronidase, the enzyme responsible for breaking down hyaluronic acid, peptides help this compound to remain durable.
This facial filler also contains a variety of amino acids, coenzymes, vitamins, and minerals. These ingredients work to break down hyperpigmentation in the skin, while also encouraging the growth of new skin cells. Overall, this improves the look and texture of skin on the face, neck, and decolletage.
