WHAT IS SILHOUETTE SOFT?

These surgical sutures are made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) and are fully biocompatible, offering a non-surgical facelift solution. Produced by Sinclair Pharma, the device includes PLLA threads with lactide glycolide cones, pre-mounted on 12 cm needles. Options are available with 8, 12, or 16 cones per thread.

Each box includes 5 sterile packs, each containing 2 threads. Store the threads in a cool environment (0–8°C) and keep them away from direct sunlight.

HOW IS IT USED?

Step-by-step procedure:

Begin by disinfecting the treatment areas.
Use the attached needle to puncture the entry point and insert the suture into the subcutaneous layer of the skin.
Advance the needle to the designated exit point and withdraw it, leaving the suture in place.
Cut off the needle, leaving a short length of the suture exposed at the entry site.
Repeat the process for each suture being placed.
Gently pinch the skin and apply light pressure on the exposed suture ends to ensure the cones engage with the tissue.
Finally, trim and discard any remaining suture material.

The procedure typically takes around 30 minutes, after which most patients can return to normal activities with minimal downtime.

HOW LONG DO THREADS LAST?
