PERFECTHA® DERM Lidocaine is a resorbable dermal filler designed to address medium facial wrinkles and volume loss, offering a balanced approach between subtle enhancement and structural correction. It contains 20 mg/ml of cross-linked hyaluronic acid and 0.3% (w/w) lidocaine hydrochloride, which helps minimize discomfort during injection. Administered via superficial subcutaneous injection, this filler is ideal for improving nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lip contours, and certain types of scars.

With effects visible immediately post-injection, duration varies from 6 to 18 months, depending on patient metabolism, lifestyle, and injection technique. It is intended strictly for use by trained medical professionals in adult patients over 18 who are not pregnant or breastfeeding.

PERFECTHA® DERM Lidocaine is indicated for filling medium-depth facial lines and scars, including nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and lips. It is administered into the superficial subcutaneous layer for precise correction with natural-looking results.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid, lidocaine, or amide-type anesthetics
• Patients with epilepsy, porphyria, autoimmune disease, or streptococcal history
• Individuals undergoing laser, chemical peels, or UV treatments
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children
• Areas previously treated with animal-derived fillers or permanent implants
• Avoid use in periorbital regions due to risk of ocular ischemia

Potential Side Effects:

• Common: Swelling, bruising, pain, redness, nodules, discolouration
• Rare: Infection, abscess, visual disturbances, migration of filler
• Severe (very rare): Necrosis, ischemia, anaphylactic shock

Administration Guidelines:

• Do not inject more than 3.0 ml per treatment site in a single session
• One syringe injection time: 4 to 5 minutes

• Massage gently post-injection to distribute the filler evenly
• Ice application is recommended immediately after treatment to minimize swelling
