Saypha Rich is a hyaluronic acid-based filler which is widely used for revitalizing mesotherapy treatments. It consists of 18mg/mL of non-animal hyaluronic acid that is stabilized using 20mg/mL of glycerol. The resulting injectable gel is clear, colourless, viscoelastic, biodegradable and is sterilized before being packaged in a 1mL syringe. Every box of Saypha Rich comes with 1 prefilled syringe, 2 disposable 30G ½” needles, and a comprehensive information pamphlet. Store the fragile and sterile package safely and at a temperature between 2°C to 25°C, away from sunlight, heat and freezing conditions. This gel is manufactured by a European company, Croma Pharma.

Mesotherapy is a non-surgical aesthetic treatment used to revitalize skin affected by early signs of aging. The therapy involves injecting bioactive ingredients (including vitamins, minerals, enzymes, plant extracts, and hormones) into different layers of the skin to trigger natural repair processes. Saypha Rich is used to invigorate dehydrated and wrinkled areas, such as the face, neck, neckline, arms, and the back of the hands. In addition, fine lines around the eyes and mouth can also be rectified using this gel.

Young and healthy skin thrives when the body is able to produce adequate vital dermal cells, like hyaluronic acid and collagen, to nourish it. When these cells function optimally, skin appears healthy, moisturized, plump, and radiant. However, aging causes a decrease in the quantity and quality of these cells. What’s more, a combination of skin-damaging external factors, like smoking, unmanaged existing diseases, and excessive sun exposure can further exacerbate the situation. As a result, skin loses its elasticity, and patients may experience major dehydration, sagging, and wrinkling. Saypha Rich is formulated to treat these issues easily.

This synthetic, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid deeply hydrates skin from the within. Though it is not cross-linked, the gel has been stabilized using glycerol, an effective humectant that retains moisture in the skin. Hence, the affected areas are deeply moisturized for extended periods of time. Additionally, the subtle plumping action of the gel can erase superficial lines, such as crow’s feet around the eyes or perioral wrinkles around the mouth. Clients can then enjoy a youthful, glowing complexion and toned skin.

Mesotherapy is a medical procedure. As such, strict aseptic techniques must be used throughout this treatment, and only certified and skilled skin specialists can legally perform the procedure. As part of aseptic guidelines, the area to be treated must be carefully sanitized using a disinfectant.

To begin the injection process, first assemble the medical device by securing a sterile 30G ½” needle on the syringe. Then, slowly inject SayphaRich into the superficial dermis layer of the skin. After completing the injection process, gently massage the injection site to ensure uniform gel distribution into the surrounding tissues. For best results, patients should have a minimum of 3 treatment sessions, scheduled every 2 to 3weeks. Refer to the information pamphlet for detailed information on usage instructions.

Saypha Rich provides revitalizing effects that may last for up to 3 months. Since the implant is biodegradable, it will be broken down gradually into the surrounding tissues. Clients can obtain further injections every three months to maintain their youthful look. When compared to normal moisturizing creams, which only provide temporary, topical hydration, this filler gel hydrates the skin from within for extended periods of time.

Saypha Rich is a very safe medical device manufactured by a reputable pharmaceutical company. For many years, products from Croma-Pharma have been praised for their safety and have been found to deliver results that exceed patient expectations. Croma’s hyaluronic acid is created via the process of biofermentation, which reduces the risk of disease transmission caused by animal-derived solutions. Since this filler has been expertly designed to be extremely safe, there is minimal risk for the occurrence of serious adverse effects. While most patients respond very well to this filler, some mild side effects can still occur.

• Minimal bleeding at the treated site
• Temporary pain at the treated site
• Redness at the treated site
• Itching at the treated site
• Indurations at the treated site.

That being said, these effects are very mild in nature and typically resolve themselves within a day or two. Patients may apply an ice compress to hasten recovery time.
