BOTOX® 100u is an onabotulinumtoxinA injection designed for the temporary reduction of facial wrinkles. It works as an acetylcholine release inhibitor and neuromuscular blocking agent, preventing muscle contractions that cause wrinkles. The treatment is commonly used to smooth glabellar lines, lateral canthal lines (crow’s feet), and forehead lines. Results typically appear within 3 to 7 days and last for 3 to 4 months.

Ingredients:

Administration Guidelines:

• Glabellar lines – 20 Units total, with 4 Units per 5 injection sites.
• Lateral canthal lines – 24 Units total, with 4 Units per 6 injection sites.
• Forehead lines – 40 Units total, including glabellar lines treatment.
• Maximum cumulative dose – 400 Units per 3-month interval.

Storage Instructions:

• Unopened vials – Store at 2° to 8°C (36° to 46°F).
• Reconstituted solution – Use within 24 hours, keeping it refrigerated.
• Do not freeze the product.
